How to Order
    Any order can be placed by either -

           - Calling our toll free number - 1-866-483-0356
           - Filling out order form and sending payment check or money order VIA mail
           - Using our secure shopping cart and paying with PayPal - If using shopping cart,
                   please specify any embroidery details in special instructions during checkout. 

We will Email confirmation of orders prior to shipping. Most orders ship in 2 - 7 days unless item is out of stock or a large custom order. See item pages for more details.
           

USA Shipping Info -  Shipping rates based on order Total.
                ( to 48 US states and per address shipped to ).
     Up to $20.00         - $4.95 
     $20.00  to  $35.00  - $6.45  
     $35.00 to $150.00   - $7.95
     $150.00 and up        -  FREE
      If you are sending gifts to multiple addresses, please place separate order for each.
      FREE shipping any order over $100.00 shipped to one address in 48 US states.
      Other locations we charge actual shipping costs. 
      FREE shipping on all CD's - via USPS media mail ( 7-14 days)
      We ship VIA USPS  or FedEx

International Shipping Info -    
      Orders to Canada and most international destinations varies per order and is charged per cost.
       Please call or Email me for pricing
      I remove all manufacture packaging from Lovies and ship in plain box to keep 
      cost down. Other locations we charge actual shipping costs. 
      International orders subject to manufacturer agreements.  Please Email before
      ordering for costs and availability.          

 
Forms of Payment
      Credit Cards  - We accept Visa, MC and Discover by PHONE, FAX or through PayPal.
      PayPal will also accept American Express but we can NOT accept AmEx via phone.
      To use credit card by Phone or Fax we will need the following information-
      Card #, expiration date, name on card, billing address of card including zip code.

Return Policy
      We will except the return of most items within 30 days for full refund.
       We can not accept the return of embroidered (personalized)  items, or CD's
       unless defective.
       Please double check all spellings and dates to be embroidered as wrong spelling or
       a wrong date does not constitute a defective product. If we made the mistake we will
       gladly make it right. Returned items must be in original condition. Please contact us
       before returning product. Return shipping included if our mistake. Defective product
       must be returned before new product is shipped. 

Gift Cards 
      We will gladly include a gift card with your order. Please fill out Gift Card form and 
      submit it after you place your order.
